Ingredients

  • 2 oz blended Scotch
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz honey-ginger syrup
  • 1/4 oz fig syrup
  • 1/4 oz peated Scotch float
  • Candied ginger or lemon peel, for garnish

Method

  1. Add blended Scotch, lemon juice, honey-ginger syrup, and fig syrup to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until well chilled.
  3. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
  4. Float peated Scotch over the top.
  5. Garnish with candied ginger or lemon peel.
