Honeyed Highball No. 7 is built for ease. Honey softens the whiskey, lemon keeps the drink clean, and sparkling water stretches everything into a tall, refreshing pour. It is simple enough for a weekday cocktail, but polished enough to sit comfortably on a home bar menu.

Whiskey Scene Notes
Use chilled sparkling water and add it last to preserve the bubbles. A mellow bourbon creates a rounder drink, while a blended whiskey keeps the highball lighter and more crisp.
