The Orchard Boulevardier

The Orchard Boulevardier gives the classic whiskey, Campari, and vermouth structure an autumnal lift. Apple brandy adds orchard depth without turning the drink sweet, while the bitter and herbal notes keep everything adult and composed. It is a stirred cocktail with weight, polish, and just enough seasonal character.

Whiskey Scene Notes

Rye makes this drink sharper and more bitter-edged, while bourbon gives it a rounder finish. Keep the apple brandy as an accent so the cocktail remains a Boulevardier rather than becoming an apple drink.
