Orchard Pear Old Fashioned
An early-fall Old Fashioned with pear, demerara, aromatic bitters, and orange oil.
Ingredients
- 2 oz bourbon
- 1 bar spoon pear syrup
- 1 bar spoon demerara syrup
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
- Orange peel, for garnish
Method
- Add bourbon, pear syrup, demerara syrup, and bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until chilled and diluted.
- Strain over one large cube in a rocks glass.
- Express orange peel over the drink and garnish.
