Pomegranate Walnut Boulevardier

Pomegranate adds color and acidity to the Boulevardier format, while walnut bitters bring a richer holiday note. The drink stays bitter and structured rather than sweet.

Whiskey Scene Notes

Rye will make this drink sharper and more bitter, while bourbon will round out the pomegranate. Both work well, depending on the mood of the menu.
