Toffee and brown sugar on the nose give way to pudding notes on the palate, where banana peel and green grape skin sit alongside oak, spice and cola. The finish is warm and easy at 93 proof.

Nose: Toffee, vanilla, brown sugar, a Caribbean rum note, caramel, baking spices, cherry, fruit and cola.

Palate: Oak, spices, banana peel, green grape skin, bread pudding, Pepsi, banana pudding and cinnamon.
