At 90 proof, Bondstone Double Oaked moves from caramel, vanilla, oak, nut hulls, cinnamon, fruit. Not a super complex nose. Soft oaky — good nose into oaky, sweet, bourbon, and gone.

Palate: Oaky, sweet, bourbon, and gone.

Finish: Almost none. 90 proof so a lil warm but then absolutely gone.
