Fig & Brown Sugar Manhattan

The Fig & Brown Sugar Manhattan leans into the darker side of the classic. Fig brings a plush fruit note, brown sugar adds depth, and sweet vermouth ties the cocktail back to its polished, stirred roots. It is a Manhattan variation for cooler evenings, dinner parties, and slow nightcaps.

Whiskey Scene Notes

This is a place for good vermouth. The fig and brown sugar can become heavy if the vermouth is tired or overly sweet.
